If you have purchased direct from Evolution and the goods have not yet been dispatched, a refund can be made straight away by our customer care team. If the goods have already been dispatched and are in transit, a returns request will need to be made, by contacting our customer care team. In the unlikely event, you are unhappy with your goods, and have returned them to us - after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Evolution does not warrant the repair or replacement of a product as a result of:

• Normal wear and tear (eg. Fuse, Fluids / Lubricants, Blades, Consumable, etc.)
• Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the machine which is not in use with Evolution’s user guide.
• Lack of servicing.
• Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of Evolution.
• Use of parts and accessories (including blades) which are not Evolution Genuine Components.
• Faulty installation (except installation by Evolution).
• Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Evolution.

The repair or replacement of your machine (at Evolution’s discretion), if your machine is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within the warranty period (if any part is no longer available or out of manufacture, Evolution will replace it with a functional replacement part)

All Evolution saws and drills are covered with 3-year guarantee. (This guarantee does not cover blades & accessories, including circular saw tracks). Evolution chop saw stand has a 2-year guarantee.
